Team Title Insurance, Inc. was established on March 1, 2001 by Richard and Susan Wunderlich. We are locally owned and operated, and we are recognized as one of the top independent Title Agents in the State of Florida by our underwriter.

Team Title Insurance handles title search and closing procedures involved with the purchase of new property, sale of existing property and loan origination or refinancing. We do business in Lee County with office locations in Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Lehigh Acres. Our staff is involved in each of the communities we serve through community service organizations and trade organizations.

Team Title is one of the leaders in the Southwest Florida Title Industry. Our closing officers are veterans, 5 of whom have over 20 years experience in the business and 3 of whom have been awarded the Certified Land Closing designation by the Florida Land Title Association.

Realtors, lenders, builders and property owners prefer to use Team Title Insurance for several reasons. We have an onsite title search facility that allows for quick turnaround time and resolution to title issues. We provide an “Arms Length Transaction” because we are not affiliated with any real estate or lending organizations. Our only affiliation is with our underwriter who not only provides insurance, but also gives us marketing & training tools for Realtors and Lenders. We gladly pass these services onto our customers because each team member is committed to exceeding our customer’s expectations for service.
